Working principle:
Dual-shaft mixing machine is equipped with two reverse rotating paddles with equipped blades, the materials will be mixed with the binding components while the twin paddles rotation, which is mainly used for adding water into the coal balls or fertilizer balls in the production line process. The mixer has main three parts, the atomization area, mixing area and unloading area. The mixing blades have welding hard gold segment, whose wear-resisting performance is good.

The double shaft mixer is mainly for the coal briquette production line, organic fertilizer production line, compound fertilizer line, etc.
Features:
The double shaft mixing machine has high mixing degree and low residual, which is suitable for the premix feed with compound feed concentrate and feed additive. The specific characteristics are: the materials are fully mixed, thus improving the mixing uniformity. The new rotor structure can make the minimum clearance between the rotor and the housing close to zero, which can effectively reduce the residual materials. The special rotor design of the machine can also break larger materials, the overall structure is more reasonable, beautiful appearance, easy to operate and maintain.
Main parts of the mixer:
1. Frame part: all the working body parts of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is made of excellent carbon steel plate and channel steel welded
2. Transmission connection part: the motor drives the belt pulley, the triangle belt and the reducer to drive, so that the spindle can rotate and work. The driving reducer and the main engine are all equipped with nylon pole pin as the phase tooth and transmission drive of the transmission connector, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance.
3. Mixing part: Driven by the pin coupling, the transmission wheels transfer the power to the main shaft, and all the materials in the mixing room can be fully mixed.
