Description:
The ribbon mixer, also called horizontal mixer, is mainly composed of a stirring shaft, a stirring sheet, a chamber, a motor, and a reducer. The horizontal mixing barrel is horizontal. The barrel is equipped with two-axis rotating and reversed blades. The blades circulate and stir the materials in the axial and radial directions at a certain angle, so that the materials are mixed quickly and evenly. It is an ideal mixing machine in charcoal briquette and fertilizer production line.
Working principle:
The rotation speed of the drive shaft of the reducer and the structure of the paddle will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the various materials are evenly mixed together. The mixing blade is a spiral ribbon, 360 degree double S-shaped spiral ribbon with high uniformity.
